It’s time to show off your work!

Quilt & Craft Fair Date and Time:  Saturday, September 28, 2024, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Location:  Johnstown Community YMCA, 165 Settler Way, Johnstown, CO

Quilt Drop Off: Friday, September 27, 2024, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the YMCA

Quilt Pick-Up: Saturday, September 28, 2024, 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Registration: You’re welcome to display any number of quilts, old or new. We encourage you to pre-register your quilt(s) by completing and returning this PDF registration form for each quilt you wish to display.

Cost: The donation is $15 for 3 quilts or $5.00 per quilt for the first three quilts (tax deductible) payable to the Johnstown Historical Society, along with your registration form(s). Your donation allows you to attend the fair and featured presentation.

Sales:  Any quilt may be offered for sale and must be so indicated on the registration form with its price. You will manage the sale of the quilt and will collect and pay all applicable sales taxes.

Quilt Protection: Quilts are hung indoors. Gloves are used to hang and examine quilts. Quilts are monitored at all times. No food or beverages are allowed in the quilt area.

Awards: Prizes will be given for the top three quilts with the most Viewers’ Choice votes: 1st Place $50, 2nd Place $25, 3rd Place $15.
