Having first served with the Board of Directors prior to being appointed the Museum Director, Billie has working knowledge of all things Johnstown Historical Society and the Historical Parish House and Museum. It is through her dedication and attention to detail that the day to day operations of the Society’s facilities remain in top-shape.
